鋼水包用于煉鋼廠、鑄造廠在平爐、電爐或轉(zhuǎn)爐前承接鋼水、進行澆注作業(yè)。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
結(jié)構(gòu)形式有塞桿式及滑動水口式，龍門架配有脫鉤式與軸承式兩種，其中塞桿式鋼包的升降機構(gòu)中置有滑桿間隙消除機構(gòu)，以保證多次使用后，塞桿中心與水口中心的一致性。10噸以下的鋼水包可帶有回轉(zhuǎn)減速方便倒渣。

Structure characteristic：
There are stopper rod type bottom pouring ladle and sliding nozzle type bottom pouring ladle. The hanger are disconnected -type and fixed type. Elevator mechanism of stopper type bottom pouring ladle adopt gap-dispelling device, which guaranteed the consistency with the center of the stopper and slide gate 10 ton ladle and smaller than 10 tons ladles equipped with convolution gearing box, which is convenient for deslagging.
